New data from Rightmove had revealed what renters are searching for on the portal.
The most-sought after locations for renters this year have bee Canary Wharf, Clapham, and Fulham.
The most important features that tenants are using Rightmove’s keyword sort tool to search for is a home that is pet-friendly, followed by a garage, and a furnished home, as well as a garden and having bills included.
