Spicerhaart has announced a new leadership structure across its lettings division.
Managing director Sat Basi will be joined by two additional managing directors, Kelly-Anne Flynn and Lee Ashley.
Basi, who has been involved with the firm’s lettings division “for many years” according to a statement, will now focus only on growing the North lettings market.
Ashley will oversee lettings growth across the south, while Flynn will take national responsibility for property management and lettings operations, including compliance, systems and service delivery.
The trio will work across all Spicerhaart brands – haart, Butters John Bee, Darlows, Haybrook, Felicity J Lord, Howards and Chewton Rose.
Basi says: “We are very clear on our strategic growth targets, including building our lettings book to 50,000 occupied units and acquiring new business. With the changes coming into the sector and the scale of our ambition, it was important to align our structure with the rest of the Spicerhaart group and create a broader base of senior expertise.
“This gives us the platform not only to grow organically, but also to absorb future acquisitions and adapt confidently to a changing external landscape.”
Flynn, who has spent almost two decades with the business after starting her career as a lettings assistant in south Wales, adds: “This is about preparing the business to be the very best it can be. There is a lot of change coming, and having a dedicated focus on property management and operations ensures we have the right processes, technology and people in place to deliver great customer outcomes.
“Strong foundations enable people to perform, and for me the most important part of this role is supporting and developing our teams through that change. I’ve always been incredibly passionate about people. Helping them feel confident, supported and equipped to do their best – especially in challenging environments – is what drives performance and long-term success.”
Ashley, who joined Spicerhaart earlier this year and has helped launch and scale the business’s lettings adviser model, adds: “What really drew me back to the high street was the energy of working with people on the ground in the communities they live in. That branch-level engagement is the most rewarding part of this industry. Between the three of us, we bring very different skill sets, which gives the business a much broader scope and depth as we scale.”
