PropTech platform and lettings agency Dwelly has acquired another independent, taking its property portfolio to 10,000.

It has snapped up Brookdale Property Management – its eighth acquisition in a year.

Based in Peterborough, the firm adds 1,100 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s book.
