A boutique lettings agency has been snapped up by a franchise operation.

Your Property Zone operated in Huddersfield, and had a sales side as well as a letting division. 

Now it’s been acquired by Whitegates – a brand in The Property Franchise Group stable – and this adds to Whitegates’ existing network across Huddersfield, Holmfirth, Brighouse, Mirfield, Pontefract, South Elmsall and Castleford.

Its managed portfolio is now over 1,700 properties across the region.

Chan Khangura, managing director of Whitegates Huddersfield, says the acquisition marks a strong start to the year.
