A tranche of bursaries is available for applicants to Propertymark Trust’s 2026 qualifications scheme.

One of the core objectives of the Propertymark Trust is the promotion of and support for those seeking to obtain qualifications.

The limited number of scholarship bursaries cover up to 100% of the costs of learning materials,

Propertymark membership and examination fees are again available and potential scholars are invited to apply for funding.

Applicants must state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.

Chair of the Trust’s education group, Michael Day, says: “Applications for the first tranche … must be received by the end of January 2026.

“The Trustees will then conduct interviews and select those who are successful.”
