The Federation of Independent Agents trade group has appointed ValPal Pro to its approved suppliers list.

This gives FIA members discounted access to the AI-powered lead generation and nurturing platform.

The approval comes as increasing numbers of independent agents reassess how technology — and particularly AI — fits into their long-term competitiveness.

The federation represents independent lettings and sales agents, providing guidance, compliance support and access to vetted suppliers aligned with what it regards as the evolving needs of modern agencies.

FIA founder Graham Lock says: “Our partnership with ValPal Pro is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to adopting useable AI technology in everyday estate agency.

“Our members will enjoy a unique discount as part of the commercial terms, further enhancing membership value. We look forward to a strong year as we continue to roll out new product and service solutions.”

And Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network, adds: “We’re delighted to have partnered with the FIA and to have been chosen as an approved supplier. This enables us to offer FIA members a preferential ValPal Pro package by special arrangement.

“Over time, the use of AI technology will inevitably become universal in modern agency practice.

“The intrinsic value is that it gives precious time back to agency teams across the country, time to focus on what they do best – deliver the highest possible level of service to clients.”

What is ValPal Pro?

A statement from the PropTech supplier says: “ValPal Pro is designed to help agents capture, qualify and convert valuation leads more effectively, using an AI virtual assistant to instantly engage with homeowners who complete an online valuation.

“Through automated AI phone calls, text messages and emails, the system makes immediate contact with new leads, gathers key information, pre-qualifies motivation and timescales, and can provisionally book valuation appointments directly into an agent’s diary.

“Where leads are not immediately ready to instruct, ValPal Pro places them into a structured 12-month AI-led nurture programme, maintaining regular, personalised contact to maximise long-term conversion rather than allowing opportunities to go cold.

“This approach not only improves instruction rates but also helps agents uncover additional revenue opportunities such as mortgage and conveyancing referrals earlier in the process.”
