New AI optimisation service for letting agents launched

A new feature allows tenants using AI calls to receive information about an agency’s live property listings during a call.

They can ask for straightforward searches such as a particular size property in their area, as well as more specific requests that reflect personal preferences, for example properties with a good view or close to good schools.

The Nurture AI voice responds conversationally, offering information about the agent’s current live listings.

Nurtur AI Voice has already handled over 16,000 calls, with an average duration of 1 minute 35 seconds.

The new live listings feature has been designed to reflect how consumers naturally enquire about homes, asking questions over the phone around availability, location, price range and property type, and receiving immediate, relevant responses.

Live listings during the call

When a buyer contacts an agent using Nurtur AI Voice, they can ask what properties are currently available.

The AI searches the agent’s own current stock and responds conversationally, describing suitable properties including key details such as bedrooms and features.

If the caller shows interest, the conversation can continue into next steps, including gathering possible viewing times, passing details to the relevant negotiator or transferring the call to a human team member.

Only properties listed by the agency are returned, ensuring enquiries remain focused on stock the agent can actually offer and avoiding any redirection to third party portals.

Property information is placed into an AI-friendly format so it can be retrieved accurately during conversations, while remaining fully controlled by the agent.

The data is not used to train AI models, is not published externally and does not affect website Search Engine Optimisation or search visibility.

Agency websites remain the primary source for indexed property information.
