Connells Group has acquired an independent lettings and sales operation in Worcestershire.
Denny & Salmond operates in Malvern and and the wider Worcestershire area.
It will continue to trade under its existing brand, with its four members of staff retained as part of the transition.
Current directors Helen Denny and Luise Salmond are selling as part of a planned retirement.
They say: “What started as a business has always meant so much more to us – it’s been about people, relationships, trust and community.
“We have worked alongside a fantastic team and loyal clients, many of whom have been with us for years.
“We truly feel that now is the right time for this next chapter.”
Connells chief operating officer Chris Rosindale adds: “Following the addition of 13 fantastic businesses in 2025, this latest acquisition further reflects our commitment to investing in successful local businesses as we continue to grow strategically.
“It presents a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our presence in the local market, while supporting our longer‑term growth plans.”
