Peter Rollings – managing director at Foxtons for many years and now a non-executive director – has bought into AI voice business Nesti.

Nesti says it wants to gain “significant market share” across the residential lettings and sales sectors through its AI-native Voice, Avatar and Messaging platform.

Rollings was MD at Foxtons from 1997 to 2005, before becoming chief executive of Marsh & Parsons in 2005, where he remained until 2016.

In addition to his current Foxtons role, he is a non-executive director at property viewing service Viewber and property development finance firm Squarefoot Capital.

Rollings is now on the Nesti board and has become a shareholder.

He says: “When I first encountered Nesti, I was immediately struck by its potential to raise standards across the property industry.

“Having experienced first-hand how poorly enquiries are often handled, I know only too well how easily opportunities are lost.

“Nesti removes the unrealistic expectation that every call will always be answered perfectly by busy teams.

“Instead, it ensures enquiries are handled professionally [and] key information is captured.”

Also joining the Nesti board is marketeer Louisa Fletcher, well known for advising PropTech, agency and developer brands.

She co-founded the PropertyPriceAdvice website over 20 years ago, considered to be an early automated valuation service aimed at consumers.

London-based proptech Nesti has appointed industry heavyweights Peter Rollings and Louisa Fletcher as Board Advisors, strengthening its strategic leadership as the business

Nesti chief executive Morgan Edmondson comments: “Peter and Louisa bring two highly complementary perspectives to Nesti.

“Their combined insights have already proven invaluable as we’ve been gearing up for the execution of our go-to-market plan for 2026.”
