Three high profile property auction businesses are coming together to operate as a single national brand.

Pugh, SDL Property Auctions and Mark Jenkinson – which together sold over £375m of property in 2025 – are to become BTG Eddisons Property Auctions.

The move creates one of the largest property auction businesses in the UK.

It will offer a full spectrum of auction formats, including live stream, multi-lot timed and single-lot timed auctions, with around 400 lots offered each month.

The unification is part of the wider rebrand of Begbies Traynor Group to BTG. Eddisons, the Leeds-headquartered property consultancy that joined BTG 11 years ago, has been renamed BTG Eddisons under the changes.

London-based Network Auctions, which was acquired by BTG Eddisons at the end of last year, will also adopt the BTG Eddisons Property Auctions identity in due course.

Andrew Parker, partner and auctioneer at BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, says: “While the name is changing, the teams and expertise that our clients know and trust remain exactly the same.

“By unifying our operations, we can offer a wider range of auctions, reach more buyers and sellers, and provide a consistent, high-quality service across the country.

“Bringing our teams together under a single banner enables clients to access a fully national service, without losing the local knowledge and relationships that have made each auctions business so successful.”

BTG Eddisons Property Auctions operates across the UK with a network of local offices, offering hundreds of property and land lots for sale via a range of auction formats for both private and public sector clients.

The business will continue to innovate with technology-enabled auctions, including live-streamed sales and multi-lot timed auctions, making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact efficiently anywhere in the country.
