Scottish agency Albany Lettings has made an acquisition, bringing its number of properties under management to 939.

It’s snapped up LinnMac Property and Investment.

Michael Mairs, Head of Business – Scotland at Albany Lettings, says: “This acquisition is about strengthening the way properties are managed across Edinburgh.

“Our focus is on making sure that, as portfolios transfer across, nothing is lost in the detail. Management continues as expected, communication remains clear, and issues are followed through properly.”

LinnMac Property was established in 2013 by Mike and Stephen Macpherson, building to a team of three by 2017.
