Propertymark is inviting member agents to join the REACH UK Agent Advisory Board.

REACH UK is a PropTech scale-up programme, backed by Propertymark and Second Century Ventures, designed to accelerate innovative startups within the real estate sector.

Work on the board begins with a dedicated session on 13 May in Westminster, London.

A statement from Propertymark says: “The Agent Advisory Board is designed for agents actively adopting technology, providing structured access to relevant solutions and a working environment to assess, pilot and deploy technologies addressing real operational and regulatory pressures.

“The Agent Advisory Panel is hand-curated for agents who are actively exploring and implementing technology within their businesses and want direct exposure to emerging solutions in a risk-free environment.”

Participants will:

• Gain practical insight from peers actively implementing technology in their operations;

• Evaluate emerging solutions against regulatory pressures and operational priorities;

• Accelerate decision-making by pressure-testing tech tools in a live, practitioner-led environment; and

• Build a clearer view of what is worth adopting now versus what can wait.

Agents interested in joining can contact Propertymark or REACH UK for further details at: [email protected] and [email protected]
