Property investment leader jumps ship to Savills

Savills has appointed Luke Kearns as head of lettings in Edinburgh.

He brings extensive experience gained in London’s prime lettings market and now returns to Scotland to lead Savills’ Edinburgh team.

His role will focus on overseeing service delivery, supporting portfolio growth, and providing clear guidance to clients.

Kearns joins Savills from Knight Frank in South Kensington, following five years at Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill.

He says: “This has been a pivotal period for Scotland’s lettings sector, but with greater clarity now in place and strong, continued demand from tenants.”

Amelia Greene, Head of Savills UK Lettings added: “His appointment reinforces our commitment to providing best‑in‑class advice to clients across the city.

“With the market showing renewed stability and sustained tenant demand, landlords are once again exploring opportunities, and Luke is exceptionally well placed to support them as they do so.”

Based at Savills Edinburgh office, Luke will oversee lettings across a wide range of properties, from city‑centre flats to family houses and premium homes, supporting both private landlords and institutional investors.
