Three rental PropTech platforms have announced a strategic partnership..

They are:

  • Arthur Online, a property management software with over 200,000 registered users and 145,000+ units listed;
  • Veyco, a property fraud protection and KYC platform used by law firms and agents; and
  • Just Move In, a home moving service.

They claim their strategic partnership creates “a joined-up journey from the moment a tenancy is agreed to the day a tenant moves in.”

The partnership connects each company at a different stage of the tenant journey.

Arthur manages the full tenancy lifecycle, serving as a single operational hub.

Veyco then handles identity verification and electronic signatures.

Once everything is signed, Just Move coordinates utilities, broadband and home insurance.

The integration is available to letting agents and landlords using Arthur’s platform, accessible directly through the Arthur dashboard.
