Lomond Group, one of the UK’s largest lettings and estate agency networks, has appointed a new Human Resources chief to help develop “a high performing culture” in the firm.

James Cosser-Hindle becomes its Group People Director.

A statement says he will be working closely with the executive team and regional leaders to build the organisational capability required to support continued growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.  

“James will focus on developing a high-performing culture, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring Lomond is able to continue attracting and retaining the top talent is needs to support its long-term growth ambitions. 

“With over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries including financial services, health tech, advertising, media and retail, James is well-versed in strengthening organisations and scaling their teams and infrastructure to deliver sustainable performance.”

He has  previously worked with major organisations including WPP, John Lewis & Partners, Sainsbury’s and most recently HeliosX. 

Cosser-Hindle comments:“Lomond is one of the UK’s most ambitious and fast-growing property groups. I’m a people first leader, and what stands out most to me is that Lomond genuinely values its people, ensuring they are at the forefront of every decision.”
