Propalt, a property platform, has launched a ChatGPT connector that allows agents to access property data through external AI tools.

Via the tool agents can now ask natural-language questions and receive instant answers.

Instead of manually filtering through dashboards or reports, users can explore prospect possible leads and access insights to help win more instructions.

Agents can search lettings, sales, landlords portfolio data, market averages, census data, planning applications, charge applications and more.

Propalt claims the connector is the first of its kind built specifically for agents to use with ChatGPT.

Kieran Slinger, co-founder of Propalt, says the move heralds increased enthusiasm for technology amongst agents.

“We built this because estate agents don’t need more complexity or to wait for applications to be built within platforms. They need more access to trusted data and better visibility of the opportunities in their market” he says.

“By connecting Propalt to ChatGPT and other AI platforms, we’re making property intelligence more accessible, more usable and far more actionable.

“While much of the AI conversation in property has focused on content creation and admin tasks within native applications, our approach is different.

“This is about helping agents use AI where it matters most: identifying opportunities, understanding marketplaces and winning more business in their own AI.”
