A student lettings agency has launched in a new area, Loughborough, with backing from the local university.
Sulets already has partnerships with both De Montfort University & University of Leicester.
The Loughborough launch will give landlords access to Sulets’ full-service offering, including marketing, tenant sourcing, property management, and compliance support.
Chief executive Irving Hill says: “We’ve seen first-hand how a transparent, ethical lettings model can deliver better outcomes for landlords and students alike.
“By working closely with our university partners, we’re able to provide landlords with a dependable, hands-off service that maximises occupancy and protects their investment.”
Sulets also benefits from its unique charitable status with an exemption to the Renters Rights Act.
This means student landlords can benefit from fixed term tenancies, guaranteed rent payments and possession, for an introductory 10% fee.
