Long-term PropTech deal signed by high-profile agency group

HomeLet and Let Alliance have launched an integration between their Vision+ Tenancy Management platform and CRM provider Street.co.uk.

The integration allows agents to share property, landlord and tenant data between the two platforms, cutting out re-keying and reducing the risk of errors.

Mike Dawson, Head of Sales at HomeLet & Let Alliance, says: “Agents are under pressure to do more with less, while staying compliant and delivering a great experience to landlords and tenants.

“By integrating Vision+ with Street.co.uk, we’re giving agents a single, joined-up workflow, from pre-tenancy through to move-in, with compliance and protection built in at every stage.”

Heather Staff, Co-Founder of Street Group, adds: “The best integrations are the ones agents barely notice, because they just work. This integration lets information flow seamlessly between Street.co.uk and Vision+, no chasing, re-keying, or tab-switching required.

“Agents can continue working across the platforms they know and trust, while the systems communicate as they should, freeing them to deliver a great experience for landlords and tenants.”
