A tenancy management platform owned by Let Alliance and HomeLet has announced two new integrations.

The platform – called Vision+ – is partnering with property management software Jupix and with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Let Alliance and HomeLet claims these integrations enable agents to synchronise tenancy and property data between Vision+ and Jupix; and streamline deposit management with direct access to TDS services.

Vision+ supports over 4,000 UK letting agents offering services including tenancy administration, tenant referencing, rent guarantee, utility management, tenants’ insurance, broadband, media, and landlord insurance.

A spokesperson sats: “We want agencies to be able to use Vision+ integrations to further customise and enhance their own lettings proposition.

“The integrations we’re now launching … provide the perfect unison of efficiency, client service and compliance support for agencies to benefit from in the current market.”
