Independent lettings and sales the Stow Brothers is set to open what it calls a “design-led” new office this summer.
It’s on the legendary Upper Street in Islington, north London, and will complement the agency’s existing activities in East London and West Essex.
Founder Kenny Goad says: “Islington is an area that has always felt like home to us – our great grandfather Alf actually had a jeweller’s on Upper Street.
“We know there is a real sense of character, creativity and community here, and it aligns closely with how we see property.
“Opening in Islington feels like a very special moment.”
A statement from the agency says its Islington office has been architecturally designed to reflect both the Stow Brothers brand and its new surroundings.
Interiors are “creating a calm, welcoming and design-led space with a slightly more premium feel, featuring refined finishes and considered detailing that echo the character of Upper Street.”
Supporting the launch is a creative campaign centred around anspecially commissioned poem.
“The campaign will run across print, digital and outdoor channels, bringing a softer, more narrative-led approach to announcing the brand’s arrival in Islington” explains the company statement.
