Alto has launched Alto IQ, an AI analyst built directly into its platform.

A statement from the PropTech supplier says: “Instead of building a report to find something out, agents ask a question and get an instant answer, complete with a plain English explanation of what’s happening and why.

Examples include:

  • A branch manager can ask ‘which negotiators have the highest fall-through rate?’ and get an answer in seconds;
  • A lettings manager can ask ‘which landlords have arrears building?’ and act on it before it becomes a legal matter;
  • An owner can ask ‘which lead sources are delivering the highest completed commission?’ and know exactly where to invest.

Alto IQ works across sales, lettings, applicant, and property management data and is available immediately to Alto customers at no charge.

A spokesperson says the aim of Alto IQ is to close the gap between data and decision-making for agencies of every size.

“The barrier has never been whether agencies have useful data. It’s always been getting to it quickly enough to act on it.

“Alto IQ removes that barrier entirely. You ask a question, you get an answer, and you know what to do next. That’s the whole point.”
