A training session for agents next week promises to address key challenges faced by the industry right now.

With an emphasis on solid answers for agents rather than a general discussion on the future, the event features agents in The Agency UK (TAUK).

Chris Buckler, TAUK’s chief commercial officer, will discuss 10 practical things he would do if he were launching an estate agency business today.

He’ll also break down:the trends and technology that will matter over the next 24 months, and what distractions should be ignored by agents.

Alongside him is Sian Miller, from TAUK’s Kent operation.

She’ll explain how to stand out in a cramped market, what issues deserve agent attention and what do not, and how the concept of the ‘personal brand’ can translate into listings.

Sarah Gabb, a TAUK Hertfordshire agent, will discuss the power of mentorship and using a personal brand as a commercial asset and not as a vanity project.

The event takes place in London’s Soho at 7pm on Thursday May 14. More details here: https://funnels.chrisbuckler.co.uk/estate_agency_in_2026_the_new_world-838161-6081
