Deposit alternative service Reposit has linked with Build To Rent (BTR) operator Get Living.

The partnership will bring Reposit to over 5,000 homes across Get Living’s portfolio, covering 10 locations including London, Birmingham, Surrey, Manchester and Maidenhead, with an additional location later this year. This collaboration reinforces both companies’ shared commitment to improving the renting experience.

A Get Living spokesperson says: “Our commitment to delivering a seamless, flexible and truly resident-first experience is what drives us.

“Introducing Reposit is just one more way we reinforce that commitment, giving our residents additional choice and flexibility when it comes to move-in costs, while continuing to deliver the exceptional experience they expect from us.”

And Gurman Bains, head of new business at Reposit, adds: “This partnership is all about removing the high cost linked to a traditional deposit which remains a huge barrier faced by renters as they move home.”

He says the partnership reflects a growing trend within the BTR sector to adopt innovative solutions that enhance the resident journey while maintaining high operational standards.
