The deal went ahead via an £85m loan organised through specialist lender Aldermore.

The portfolio comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, combining stabilised income-producing assets with newly built developments that, according to the lender, “offer potential for rental growth and long-term value creation.”

Two of the schemes are newly built and currently in the lease-up phase, while the remaining three assets are stabilised and performing strongly.

Brydell Partners is a London-based real estate investment firm with a track record of creating value through active asset management.
