One of the UK’s largest lettings and sales agencies has signed a new deal to streamline its regulatory compliance across all its brands.
Lomond has some 70,000 rental properties under management operating through 11 brands including Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, Linley & Simpson, DJ Alexander and Thornley Groves.
Now it’s signed with compliance platform Yuno, with a statement explaining that the deal “consolidates what was previously a multi-system process into a single view inside the customer relationship management (CRM).”
Sam Soper, Head of Operations at Lomond, says: “Across a national, multi-brand portfolio, we can’t afford blind spots or time lost switching between systems.
“With Yuno, our teams can see and manage compliance end-to-end, all in one place, within the tools they already use.”
The company says the deal helps Lomond to deliver market-leading services, build a people-first culture and shape the future of the UK property market.
And Yuno founder Paul Conway adds: “Lomond is exactly the type of business we built Yuno for, delivering oversight at scale while keeping things simple for individual branches.
“We’re proud to bring all Lomond’s compliance into one place and manage it through to resolution.”
