The Propertymark Trust is offering grants for those unable to meet the cost of obtaining qualifications for our industry.

As a continuation of its highly successful “Class of” initiative, the Trust says the next tranche of bursaries is being made available for those that apply by August 30 2026.

Feedback from earlier grant recipients has been excellent and there are a number that are now on their journeys to achieving a Level 3 qualification.

Alongside this, Propertymark membership and examination fees are again available and potential scholars are invited to apply for funding.

To do so applicants must complete a straightforward application form which includes a requirement to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.
