The Guild of Property Professionals is inviting estate agents across the whole industry to a webinar on Thursday (July 23) at 10:30am, exploring the government’s proposed changes to the home buying and selling process.

Paul Offley, compliance officer at The Guild, will host the session and says: “Whilst nothing has been confirmed, it’s understandable that many agents are already asking what these proposals could mean for their businesses.

“Having supported Guild Members through many legislative and regulatory changes over the years, it’s important to separate speculation from what’s actually being proposed. Understanding the detail early helps businesses prepare without reacting unnecessarily.”

The webinar is open to both Guild members and non-members, and attendees will hear an overview of the proposals as they currently stand, explore the potential impact on the home buying and selling process, and have the opportunity to put questions.
