Savills is relocating its Knightsbridge residential sales and lettings teams to its flagship Sloane Street office, creating a consolidated prime central London residential sales and lettings team.

Savills has occupied 139 Sloane Street for over 40 years, making it the firm’s largest and longest-standing residential office in central London.

The Knightsbridge and Sloane Street sales teams already work closely together, and from their new shared location the combined team will cover Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Mayfair.

The Knightsbridge lettings team will continue to operate as such and cover the same Knightsbridge addresses.

A statement from the firm says: “Sitting alongside the Sloane Street team will create greater collaboration and provide clients with a unique residential offering across Knightsbridge, Belgravia and the Sloane Street area. Savills Sloane Street is also home to the firm’s London Private Office and Super Prime Lettings team, further strengthening the breadth of expertise available under one roof.”

Richard Gutteridge, Head of Prime Central London and Head of the Sloane Street office, says: “Having everyone back home at Sloane Street marks an exciting new chapter for the business, and increased collaboration will enable us to continue delivering the market-leading service our clients expect.”
