A high profile independent agency in London has become 10th acquisition of the year for PropTech platform Dwelly.
Paramount Properties is a 37 year old business with 30 staff handling sales across North West London and lettings management in 80 London postcodes.
The purchase is the latest by Dwelly in the London market, following acquisitions of Eden Harper, Settio and Kensington-based Shaws.
The latest deal adds circa 1,100 fully managed properties to the Dwelly network, taking its portfolio to more than 15,000 properties under management.
Dwelly users investment funds to buy local brands, into which it then inserts AI-driven technology to cut overall costs in areas such as property management, maintenance, compliance and communication.
The latest deal will see existing Paramount managing director Spencer Lawrence remain at the helm.
Dwelly’s head of mergers and acquisitions Sam Humphreys says:
“Reaching ten acquisitions in 2026 is a significant milestone for us and demonstrates just how much momentum we’ve built this year, but it’s the quality of the businesses we’re partnering with that matters most.
“ … By improving efficiency behind the scenes, experienced agents can spend more of their time on the relationships, advice and local expertise that made businesses like Paramount successful in the first place.”
