The homes will be delivered across three Keepmoat developments: 69 homes in Gedling, 53 homes at Frog Island in Leicester and 60 homes at Warren Wood in Gainsborough.

The portfolio includes 11 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom houses, 77 three-bedroom houses and 22 four-bedroom houses, providing options for a broad range of renters, from individuals and couples to growing families.

The deal also includes follow-on tranches at Gedling and Frog Island, further strengthening Lloyds Living’s pipeline of new rental homes and expanding its partnership approach with Keepmoat.

Matt Burgess, chief executive at Lloyds Living, says: “We are delivering more quality, energy efficient homes that will suit those starting out to those looking to settle down by working closely with our strategic partners, Keepmoat.

And Tim Wray, group land and partnerships director at Keepmoat, adds: “We are delighted to partner with Lloyds Living again on this latest portfolio of homes, which reflects the strategic alignment of our businesses in driving the delivery of multi-tenure, sustainable, quality new homes.

“Collaboration with partners is central to our delivery of high-quality, energy efficient homes and we’re continuing to drive innovation in sustainable construction to create inclusive communities where residents thrive.”
