Your Move Williams Rose, a franchise partner of LSL Estate Agency Franchising, has snapped up a rival independent firm.

The acquisition of Assured Property Rentals means its 250-strong landlord portfolio will now come under the management of Your Move Williams Rose.

Director Peter Williams says the independent “has built an incredibly strong business with a leading reputation in Keynsham for delivering high-quality service which we will strive to continue to provide. 

“To be trusted to continue the legacy of the last 25 years of Assured Property Rentals is an honour, I look forward to meeting and working with our new landlords.”

Two existing members of the Assured Property Rentals team will be transferring to the Your Move team.
