A prominent regional agency has appointed two internal staff members to senior lettings positions. 

In the Chester-based Cavendish agency, Emily Pickering is promoted from Sales Progressor to Senior Sales Progressor; Daniel Owen moves up to Lettings Operations Manager; and Annie O’Brien is stepping up to Lettings Development Manager.

Pickering joined Cavendish last year as the company’s first ever dedicated Sales Progressor, having previously trained to be a lawyer and worked for a law firm in the city.

Meanwhile, Owen’s new role sees him taking on further operational responsibility on the lettings side of the business, ensuring strong processes, consistency and structure across the department.

O”Brien moves from Cavendish’s Mold office where she was a Lettings Manager to take on the enhanced role of Lettings Development Manager with extra responsibility for growing that side of the business.

David Adams, Cavendish’s Managing Director, says: “The promotions are all about recognising the contribution each of them is already making to the business, while also giving them greater responsibility as we continue to grow and strengthen the team.

“The promotions are particularly pleasing because all of them have come from within the existing team.

Cavendish, which was founded in 1993, employs over 30 people across estate agency and lettings with offices in Chester, Mold and Ruthin. 

The company helps over 600 homeowners move home each year and has around 650 properties under management.
