A Your Move franchise partner who already controls numerous branches has now snapped up an independent agency.

Oliver Hurren has purchased Suffolk independent Your Property Solutions and its 125 managed-landlord portfolio.

This latest acquisition marks the eighth completion in the past 18 months by Hurren’s Your Move franchise business.

Outgoing Your Property Solutions owners John and Shirley-Ann Carter are retiring from the lettings industry but will remain in financial services.

Hurren says: “We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition in Beccles, which demonstrates the first-class service our team continues to provide to our customers.”

The deal – for an undisclosed sum – was facilitated by LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s Assisted Acquisitions Programme.
