Not true. Come on LAT do not join the bandwagon of poor publicity on this. Everyone has been doing similar. This relates to AST created before 06.04.2007 but which became periodic after so it ONLY RELATES to a very small number. Not those created before which became periodic before. Everyone is making this error and worrying my clients and everyone else this is NOT THE CASE. Get the legal case right. See mydeposits.co.uk latest posting on their home page for the exact wording. Sorry Flick but not what you think but I don't think you should be punished for your error as many are doing the same.
