Why would he do that. Now he's got to pay Belvoir about 9% of his profit. Then when he sells he has limited his audience & can only sell to another Belvoir franchisee, & it is proven you always achieve less than in the open market. Should have bought it & ran it himself as ' Rob Price Lettings' Franchises are a con!

Guarantee they will just join one of the other 2 redress schemes and carry on as usual defrauding tenants and Landlords....it's happened before & will happen again...google LBW Lettings in Fleet/Chobham. They were expelled for not paying an award, joined another scheme & carried on trading. They even kept their ARLA membership that shows ARLA takes anyone!
