Whats the point in asking landlords, they want to do as they wish with no rules or taxes, renters your customers demand respect and rights

Ask a renter the customer which no one mentions, has the prs been a good thing, no for the customer ie the renter its been rubbish

Of course renting should be geared towards what the renter wants, they are your customer, I rent and your the seller am im the customer, try remembering that

Ok you say pro tenant. im my case ive had to move 7 times in say 14 years as every landlords has sold or moved back in, where is the pro tenant laws that protect me or pay all my forced moving costs, the only protection I have is a pathetic 2 months notice, then if ive not found a house in 2 months however long it takes for the courts to take action, so those of us that have belongings and business equipment are forced to take properties we dont want or even like as 2 months is often not long enough to find not just any house the right one etc

I think they call your comments " a dictator " some points you make are fair but im sorry just because your a landlord why does that give you the right to expect your customer to say not be negative, or even like you, maybe they do maybe they dont, they are a customer and your right as long as they pay the rent you keep the place safe, updated when needed why would you ever need a section 21

So your saying as someone who has always paid my rent ALWAYS that im just the odd one that has had all my landlord sell or move back in, section 21's arent recorded so I bet your bottom dollar their are thousands more that are issued than the figures suggest. So every section 21 is for a mon rent payer, rubbish

Since when has a landlord given the slightest thought about their customers ie the renters, ive had 7 landlords sell my home or move back in in 14 odd years of renting , most have told me they never intended to sell but all have and none have ever accepted the option to sell to another landlord, as you are well aware the ending of section 21 does not mean non rent payer cant be evicted, plus their are loads of get out clauses like moving a family member back in, major refurbishments, change to an hmo, selling, moving back in etc, the simple solution is if you rent a home to someone and want to sell up go ahead but sell to another landlord. You dont rent so dont ever have to worry about your morgage company telling you to sell up, the only time you might loose your home is via a compulsory purchase for maybe a road etc, but very rare and the process takes ages etc and you get compensated.

Good job food suppliers dont have your atitude, or your past employers just sack you at will, the atitude you should be able to turf people at will is a disgusting atitude, if you rent out homes you should have some degree of laws to protect the customer or renters face a life of renting through people like you

Rubbish, if you take on a business that provides homes for profit then the law should make you have financial consequences when you want to sell up, a renter doesnt rent as he wants to help you financially, they want a home, same as you expect Tesco to sell you food and not turn round next week and refuse to do so, many renters who have paid their rent are forced to move at their cost as a Landlord wants to sell, fine sell to another Landlord and so on, to you a renter might be a yield but to a renter its their home

indeep I think you should take extra deposits for living in the rental home, more if you use the kitchen or shower, personally id charge for residential spiders as they dont pay any rent, and per ant if they have any, I think renters should live in the garden in a shed so not to ruin the actual property they are renting & some demand the right to have kids, pets what next

what rubbish of course you can take dogs in an hmo, not that they should exist in any case, many humans are far more scary im sure in an HMO than my collie

My dog does now chew or dammage, she has had the odd pee, I have my own rugs and under them is a pond linner, I also have a commercial cleaner, your assumption that all dog owners are dirty is simply wrong, ive seen humans trash places far worse than a dog & neither do I want to pay extra for having my dog

Seeking well behaved tennants, who do you think you are, and yes hotels & air b&b should also take pets, I dont like humans or landlords but love dogs

They belong to the landlord but they are the home of the renter maybe you should remember that

Lease holds should not be able to ban pets either, thats a dictatorship, I prefer dogs to humans any day of the week, my dog doesnt have fleas, after a renter has left you should deep clean in any case & realy that many people are allergic to dogs, personally im allergic to many humans & many landlords

No it wont, the same as you cant tell what a renter will be like once they have moved in, same as a renter I dont to know if my landlord is well behaved after ive moved in, I have a dog and she is cleaner than me, what landlords need to remember its their house but its my home & im paying for it so expect to be able to treat it as my home.............
