Not a surprise they'll be a few divorces out of being locked up 2m. That will double houses required immediately. Looks like the housing crisis of 2020/1 is well underway as landlords sell up with Covid debt section 24 tax and greater legislation....going to get tough out there for renters and greater homelessness

Correct, already landlords are derisking due to financial pressure, so anyone that isn't a solid bet as a tenant has little chance, rents are up to pay for S24 & No Tenants fees. S21 will be the last nail in the coffin as the sell off continues

Only ever had one, never again, cost me loss of rent, damage to property, £8,000 is a heavy loss for so called equality.....there is a reason banks, insurance and LL don't like a DSS rental model!!!
