Moving forward I will only be accepting corporate PAYE tenants who can qualify for RGI insurance. It seems probable that these pandemics will reoccur on the future and only corporate PAYE workers were helped properly and quickly enough. I admire LLs who house benefit claimants but what with the expected changes to evictions & end of the AST I think landlords need to think carefully about what sort of tenants they want to house.

Let's hope that mortgage lenders, service charge management companies, tradesman also cannot hike charges more than inflation each year. If a landlord cannot increase rent to reflect reasonable increases of costs then I can't see this being very popular.
