Justice For Tenants provides training to local authorities regarding Rent Repayment Order Applications as no funding was provided to up-skill staff when the new legislation about Rent Repayment Orders came out. It is the sad reality that there are not really enough resources to assist tenants, however, many local authorities will refer tenants who are in unlicensed properties to Justice For Tenants as we are a non-profit who provide advice and representation to tenants who can bring a Rent Repayment Order.
