I could not agree more. How can Councils demand money from the government then issue demands to landlords for council tax, landlords who are unable to obtain new tenants due to the Coronavirus Act 2020. We should issue legal cases against the councils which will clog up the legal system even further. Perhaps the more sensible councils will make a judgement call and grant an exemption rather than become caught up in long term legal cases
