Surely they would be mad to sell up now while they still have the opportunity to rinse UK renters for us much as they can get. I do, unfortunately, understand in part where they're coming from. Although this way, the landlords aren't the ones financially suffering, but the renters instead. Renters lose out once more.

'40% increase on the 396 deals available two years ago' -If I were at that age I'd be jumping at the chance to grab some extra retirement funds with all of these new deals available. It's great that the older generation are being offered such opportunities!

Great to finally witness support and praise or the great landlords out there! This should certainly help to separate the bad from the good! I wonder whether this will spread to other areas?

"66% of students have experienced problems with the way their property is managed" - I'm not surprised. Often students are treated with a complete lack of respect in their property as agents and landlords alike are more than aware than ever that students are in high supply.

11 people in a property only meant to be occupied by 5, absolutely preposterous! Thank goodness he was found out, people like Mr Singh give landlords a bad name!
