Started out many years ago as an accidental landlord and then used my ten years experience of doing that when the opportunity arose to leave the corporate world and strike out on my own. I became an investor - for myself and others leading to managing a large portfolio of properties. A steep learning curve and a desire to bring something new to the industry I sptted a gap and started my online rent collection business. there is no other company providing landlord's with a 'third way' to manage their rent. It's a low cost alternative to independent landlord's using a letting agent (and all the other good things you may or may not need from them) and trying to deal with their own tenants. And we're very good at it!
