Wow, how did Channel 5 manage to find the only three Landlords in the UK who have bad Tenants? All the ones I know are greedy, evil and have hazardous properties.

But will we be tarred, feathered, hung drawn and quartered if we charge a fee to the Tenant for time spent? I do feel that they are trying to do 'something' at least to tackle the immigration problem. However the sheer scale of this is a large concern and all I can see is the 2 day wait for a report taking more like 2 weeks.
