What’s your property background?
I started in the property industry in 2000, opening my first estate agency as a joint venture with an insurance company. From there, I worked within panel managed conveyancing for a nationwide provider, before moving into the lettings arena in 2009.

What do you think makes Everything Lettings so popular amongst letting agents?
Our ‘one stop shop’ approach to maintenance, with easy on-line booking, transparent charges and structured payment terms are probably the biggest reason why we have grown so popular.
The most popular service that we offer is our Out-Of-Hours Premium solution – which is available from just £5.75 per property, per month. This service provides cover for property related emergencies 24/7. If the worst should happen at a property, this service covers any genuine emergency up to £500 per claim. This premium service also incorporates our standard Out-Of-Hours cover, where our contractors are on call from 5:30pm -9am Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays for issues that are not covered under the emergency service.

I’m a real people person. I am always happiest – and most satisfied – when I am interacting with potential Clients. I love to understand their business requirements and take great pride in finding solutions to give them the best possible experience from Everything Lettings.
