Lettings franchise chain Belvoir has entered a total of 23 offices into the 2014 ESTAs.

This year, after taking part for the first time, it won gold in the large lettings chain category.

Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves said: “We were also incredibly proud that six Belvoir offices won top awards, and we are keeping our fingers crossed for even more success at next year’s event.

“ESTAs are awards that are based on client feedback from online and postal questionnaires, which are then calculated into a score for each participating agent. Last year Belvoir achieved hundreds and hundreds of online reviews from our customers – the feedback was absolutely amazing.”

Voting for next year’s ESTAs is live until January 31, 2014, with the awards bash itself next spring.

Its a bit odd that Belvoir would only enter 23 of its franchises where they have over 150. There can be only 2 answers.

    1. Only a fraction of their branches are any good their job
    2. It would make a mock of the ESTAS if every area was won by a Belvoir agent.

Its against the law for suppliers to price fix, could award fixing be the next big scam to hit the lettings industry ?
