Acquisitive Leaders has bought the letting and property management portfolios and branches of Curtis Haines in Bromley and Beckenham, Kent – ten years after selling its own branches in both places to Curtis Haines.

At the time, Leaders decided to leave Kent and concentrate on its core markets in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

Part of the business it has now bought from Curtis Haines includes what Leaders sold then.

Leaders now has four branches in Kent and a total of 57 across the South.

Curtis Haines has been specialising in letting and property management since the eighties, owned and run by Richard and Brenda Haines who are now retiring.

Leaders’ managing director Paul Weller said: “We are delighted to be back in Bromley and Beckenham; both areas enjoy thriving lettings markets. We warmly welcome our new landlords, tenants and Curtis Haines staff who have joined us and we look forward to working with them. These include branch managers Laura Massey, Lisa Holmes and Justine Rawlins and their respective teams.

“We are especially pleased to welcome back Isobel Dell, a former Leaders employee who joined Curtis Haines when we sold them our Bromley and Beckenham branches back in 2001!”

Weller added that Leaders plans to acquire further letting businesses across a wider geographical area.
