A service which started for private sellers has now quit that market and re-launched for estate agents only.

Estatecreate.com allows agents to create stand-alone websites for individual properties with their own personal domain names (for example, www.ChurchStreetWC1.com), from £2 a month.

Henry Yates, who created the service, said: “The private sales market is just too small to operate in. Also, our service works best for higher value properties, whereas the private sales market is all about low value houses.

“Agents should find it a great way to differentiate their service and win instructions. Single-property websites are the 21st century’s answer to property brochures.”

Yates says the technology is easy to use and has been designed for people with no technical skills. Agents are built their own template and provided with a feed to upload properties automatically.
ex, photos and videos can be easily moved around, pages added and content dragged and dropped in.

Early users include London’s Greene & Co,whose marketing director, Jacqui Daley, said: “Our sales team love it. We are also excited about using it for new developments as it will make it easy to create a website that showcases the development and the detail of each unit.”
