The ESTAS have finally announced the shortlists for 2012.
The scheme recognises the best agents in the country through research carried out among customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.
A record 33,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during this year’s competition.
“The ESTAS competition is about recognising the hard work agents put in every day, week and month of the year,” says Simon Brown, who runs the national scheme.
“To be shortlisted is a fantastic boost for any agency team that entered.”
Agents have been shortlisted in 17 regions around the country. The regional and national winners will be announced by Phil Spencer at the ninth annual ESTAS ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on April 20.

I think someone needs to define 'shortlist' for them; if these are the shortlists I'd hate to see the full list. Surely 3 from each region would be enough of a shortlist, not everyone who entered?
