Jordan’s, which became part of Leaders a year ago, has bought a business with offices in Manchester and Liverpool.

Key Properties (UK), which has been acquired for an undisclosed sum, was founded in 2004 by Saf Ali.

Jordan’s became part of Leaders in October 2012, with Jordan’s focusing on the north-west of the UK and Leaders on the south.

Jordan’s managing director William Jordan said: “We are delighted to be extending our service to Liverpool and welcome our new landlords and tenants in both Liverpool and Manchester.

“We also welcome the Key Properties staff who join us, bringing with them a fantastic knowledge of the local lettings market and their clients. We look forward to seeing them progress their careers with us in the years to come.”

The Jordan’s network of branches now covers Manchester, Warrington, Altrincham, Bolton, Fallowfield and Liverpool, with more growth planned in the near future.

Truly awful service from Key, many a dismal review online. They also set up an online only agent site, i'm guessing that wasn't part of the sale.
