The top letting agent in the UK is Crompton Estates, in south-east London.
It walked away with gold at last Friday’s ESTAs ceremony, beating off competition from all over the UK.
Taking silver was Swindon Home Finders, and in third place was Stoneshaw Estates, in Dagenham, Essex.
Countrywide Residential Lettings triumphed in the national chain category, with Martin & Co taking second place.
The best small chain category was won by Sawdye & Harris, while best medium chain was won by Medics on the Move.

Doubt it's a 'con'; they have probably just given a very good service, though perhaps easier to do with so few properties?!
In fact, the winners of the estate agency side (who currently have 14 properties available!!) also came third in lettings.
Something fishy going on here. These awards just lost all credibility what so ever.
I hope nobody enters for this rubbish next year.
